Detect unlicensed e-pharmacies · Keep licensed e-pharmacies compliant with PCN

Public compliance register

Regulatory monitoring of Nigerian e-pharmacies

MedGate is the gatekeeper for online medicine — the register of who may lawfully sell medicines online, and who may not. Operators are scored against the Electronic Pharmacy Regulations 2026, made under the Pharmacy Council of Nigeria Act 2022. Results combine automated site scanning with analyst review and are indicative, not a legal determination.

Mission one

Detect unlicensed e-pharmacies

Certificate-transparency discovery, register cross-checks and automated test browsing surface storefronts operating outside PCN licensing, including those selling controlled medicines.

Mission two

Keep licensed e-pharmacies compliant with PCN

Homepage and required-document checks against Regs. 12, 20, 22, 23 and 29, scored, evidenced and re-run over time so licensed operators can see and close their gaps.
